A & J Homecare is in constant need for quality personnel to serve our clients. We have openings for RNs', LPN's, Live in Home Health Aides, Part Time & Full Time hourly cases in Upper Westchester & Putnam Counties (Drivers required).
Requirements include:
RN & LPN License
Copy of current Malpractice Insurance & current CPR Card (Required for LPNs & RNs)
HHA/PCA Certificate
Current Physical Examination performed by a Licensed Doctor
2 Step PPD Required (if +PPD need copy of most recent chest x-ray)
Rubella & Rubeola Titers (need copy of lab results)
8 Panel Urine Drug Test (need copy of lab results)
Hepatitis B-Vaccination (All three vaccines & the Titer)
Professional References (3 minimum)
Proof of eligibility to work in the USA (our company participates in DHS E-verify to verify work authorization)
In-Service Education
COVID-19 Vaccination Record (Unless Medically exempt, then an exemption letter from your doctor is required)
